Exchanges
- Exchanges can be requested within 5-7 working days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with tags intact.
- To request an exchange, please email us at info@blackactivebh.com with your order number.
- Customers are responsible for the delivery fee for both sending and receiving the exchanged item.
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for returning the item to our Bahrain address at their own cost.
